Will an insulated flask really hold its temperature all day?

Our double-wall vacuum tumblers and mugs are built to keep a drink hot or cold for an extended stretch, which in practice covers a working day or an afternoon outdoors. Fill them to the top and keep the lid closed between sips.

How do I know a lid or cover will fit my cup?

Every listing gives the measurement the fit depends on, usually the mouth diameter and the capacity. Measure your own cup across the inside of the rim and compare before ordering.

How should I care for the leather and fabric pieces?

Brush soil off leather gloves and let them air dry away from direct heat, never in a machine. Wipe nylon and Oxford-cloth bags with mild soap and a damp cloth, then let them dry fully open before they go back in a cupboard.

Is the camp and garden equipment suitable outdoors year round?

The galvanized, stainless and resin items are made for outdoor use. Timber stakes and fabric pieces last longer if you store them under cover once the season is over.

What does shipping cost and where do you ship?

Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 US states, with no minimum spend. There is no expedited service and we do not ship internationally at the moment.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 0-1 business days and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed over.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, for a manufacturing defect, damage in transit or a wrong item. Transit damage needs to be reported within 72 hours with photos. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

How long does a refund take?

We cover return shipping on approved returns, and once the item is back and inspected the refund goes to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
